Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Service Employee to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

You will work closely with our residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to provide personalized support and assistance. This may include assisting with daily living tasks, managing medication, and providing emotional support.

In addition to your clinical skills, you will be an excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships with our residents, their families, and colleagues. You will be proactive, flexible, and willing to go above and beyond to meet the needs of our residents.

">Requirements
  • A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
  • A current First Aid Certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including morning, afternoon, night, weekend, and public holiday shifts
