Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering commercially driven legal advice while ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to drive business growth.

Requirements

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Legal Counsel with a law degree, admission to practice, and +3-5 years' experience in external law firms or in-house legal roles. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the resources/mining sector.
