Senior Industrial Relations Consultant

Davidson has partnered with a reputable organization in the Finance sector to work on dynamic projects in Data and Industrial Relations.
About the RoleWe seek a Lead Consultant with deep industrial relations expertise and advanced data analytics skills to support the business in navigating a major project and regulatory landscape. This role guides and supports the delivery of data and analytics activities within our client's Industrial Relations function, ensuring compliance with obligations and managing efficient validation and testing processes.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in interpreting Enterprise Agreements and legislative requirements, particularly in relation to complex payroll systems and tools. They should be familiar with the Australian Industrial Relations system and its obligations and have a proven track record in managing payroll processes, analyzing payroll data, and ensuring governance and compliance with Enterprise Agreements and legal obligations.
Additionally, the candidate should have experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for complex payroll systems to ensure alignment with industrial relations obligations, along with strong analytical and assessment skills across payroll and industrial relations responsibilities.
About You- Proven expertise in working with large and complex data sets, with a focus on data analytics, validation, and modeling in the HR, payroll, and industrial relations domains.
- Extensive experience in ensuring compliance with payroll systems and industrial relations obligations through data-driven insights.
- Agile and adaptable, with hands-on experience collaborating across various teams while effectively managing multiple tasks, challenges, and shifting priorities.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, enabling the clear communication of complex data insights and solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers across different organizational levels.
