
Building Bridges: Family Support and Inclusion Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on families and support their inclusion in our learning environments.
- Support families through the orientation process, assisting with the settling of children into their learning environments, and providing guidance for families managing behavioural concerns.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Centre Leadership Teams, Room Leaders, and families to ensure the best outcomes for children's wellbeing and development. This part-time role requires 25 hours per week across five days per week.
About You- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or higher qualification.
- Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR Anaphylaxis, and Asthma training certificates.
- Current Employee Working with Children Check.
- Mandatory Reporting Training.
- Strong background in early years inclusion highly regarded.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including the National Quality Framework (NQF).
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate difficult conversations with families to address any concerns they may have.
- Connect them with community resources that can provide additional support.
- Guide them through government funding processes to ensure they receive the necessary assistance.
