Job Overview

Leading a Team in Landscape Construction

You will play a key role in the success of our landscape construction projects. Located in South East Queensland, we specialise in creating unique landscapes for residential, commercial and industrial clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Foreman to drive construction progress and ensure delivery meets programme requirements.
  • Champion a safe working environment with a Zero Harm approach and deliver superior project results.

About You / Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to motivate and drive team culture focused on delivering client objectives.
  • People and performance management skills to lead high-performing teams of labour, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Demonstrated industry experience as a site supervisor in commercial-scale landscaping.
  • Attention to detail and relevant experience working on hardscape/softscape projects.
