3PL Management Role

We are seeking an experienced 3PL manager to oversee our logistics operations in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • Managing relationships with 3PL providers to ensure effective inbound delivery, outsourced distribution, and warehousing services.
  • Developing strategic plans for warehouse and logistics operations to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Overseeing the development of processes to ensure optimal commercial excellence in logistics operations.
  • Ensuring all logistics parties meet operational and quality standards.

Requirements:

\
  • 5+ years' experience in management of warehouse and logistics related fields.
  • Working knowledge/experience in distribution and/or logistics/freight forwarding essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen with demonstrated strategic agility.
  • Ability to manage complexity and change in a dynamic environment.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills - active listener and outstanding communicator.
  • A strong work ethic, flexible in approach and supportive of others.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills across all levels of the Organisation.
