This is a static role located within the Carrier organization, working at one of our large industrial retail sites.

Day to day, this role will be customer-facing and will involve routine troubleshooting, testing, repairs, and maintenance on air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Routine troubleshooting and analysis of air conditioning systems
  • Testing, repairs, and maintenance of air conditioning systems
  • Taking ownership of problems and following through to resolution
  • Focusing on high standards of quality, delivery excellence, and exceeding customer service expectations
  • Involvement in growing sales, increasing market share, and growing the net profitability of the company

Requirements:

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who are proactive, professional, punctual, well-presented, and possess a can-do attitude.

As a minimum, you must have:

  • A high level of communication skills (oral and written)
  • Knowledge of quality assurance procedures
  • Customer-focused
  • Experience with HVAC systems and comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems and components
  • Cert 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
  • Air-conditioning and refrigeration Supervisors licence
  • Current and valid Australian driver's licence
