Credit and Collections Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Accounts Receivable team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full function accounts receivable operations
- Mentor, develop, and lead a small AR team
- Evaluate credit worthiness and assess risk
- Process credit claims and manage customer credit limits
- Identify at-risk customers and implement recovery strategies
- Cash receipting and timely payment processing
- Weekly/Monthly reporting to senior management on key performance indicators
- Liaise with internal stakeholders on credit matters
Requirements:
- High energy and strong motivation levels
- Superior analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent understanding of credit processes, policies, and procedures
- Able to influence and build relationships with internal/external stakeholders
