As a Recruitment Consultant at our organization, you'll have the freedom to work from anywhere in the world, build your own schedule, and earn commission based on your performance.

About the Opportunity

This is a fully remote, commission-based role where you'll have the flexibility to learn and grow with our team. You'll start by learning the ropes with hands-on mentoring, working real roles alongside our experienced consultants.

From there, you'll grow into business development and relationship management – building your own portfolio of clients while still having us in your corner for support and guidance.

  • A self-starter who thrives with flexibility and independence.
  • An Australian citizen or permanent resident, with knowledge of the Australian market in any industry (experience in hospitality or retail is a bonus).

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with our team to recruit across live roles (sourcing, screening, and managing candidates).
  • Build strong relationships with clients and candidates – think long-term, not transactional.
  • Grow your own client base with our training, support, and mentorship.
  • Manage your own workflow and schedule – this is truly your business within ours.
