We are seeking a sales professional to drive growth and development of our Trade and Commercial portfolio.

This role is responsible for increasing market share in the Trade and Commercial space across Brisbane and QLD state.

The ideal candidate will lead commercial projects, drive profitable growth in the flooring market, coach and upskill team members, and collaborate extensively with architects, specifiers, subcontractors, and contractors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the trade channel within the QLD team, focusing on commercial projects and specifications.
  • Coach and upskill team members.
  • Develop and deliver strategy plan for Trade, working through others to execute strategies for growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the trade market as a salesperson, contractor or supplier.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Superior interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.
  • A 'Go Getter' with a desire to move up within the company.
  • Experience in business development or sales, particularly in trade sales.
