Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Trade Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key player in delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our touring products to trade partners.

You will focus on increasing passenger numbers and providing unparalleled service to hundreds of thousands of explorers from across the globe. Reporting to the Trade Sales Team Leader, you will work closely with the team to achieve business objectives and drive growth in key markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell all touring products and manage the booking process from initial enquiry to trip departure.
  • Take ownership of the booking process, ensuring timely responses to enquiries and adhering to our customer service standards.
  • Upsell relevant products and services to enhance the customer experience.
  • Pursue and follow up on enquiries to close sales and increase conversion rates.
  • Ensure all processes and procedures are followed, including customer data management and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and customer experience.
  • Build relationships with key agents to facilitate repeat bookings.
  • Represent the company at travel and trade shows as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience and passion for travel.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of our touring products and ability to upsell relevant services.
  • Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
