Job Title: Asset Technical Officer

This role is a full-time, office-based position responsible for maintaining the asset register, conducting stocktakes, and coordinating with internal and external parties to facilitate the transfer and removal of assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Updating the Tech1 Asset Register for furniture, equipment, fleet, and plant assets.
  • Conducting regular inventory checks of equipment.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the transfer and removal of furniture and equipment.
  • Managing street lighting complaints to ensure continued functionality and safety of our infrastructure.
  • Providing administrative support to the Asset Management Coordinator and other team members as needed.
Requirements:
  • A relevant Certificate IV qualification.
  • A current driver's license.
  • Desirable experience with Tech1, GIS, and Mydata software.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with others.
