About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning in Brighton. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our young learners and contributing to the development of our centre's high-quality early learning programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement engaging and challenging learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children.
  • Build strong relationships with families and collaborate with our centre leadership team to develop and review our early learning programs.
  • Mentor and support the professional growth of our educators, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of our centre's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Goodstart's quality standards.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current SA Working with Children Check.
  • Hold active registration with the Teachers Registration Board of South Australia (TRB SA).
