Goodstart Early Learning is seeking a Casual Educator to join our team at Goodstart Brighton - North Road. As a Casual Educator, you will play a vital role in supporting our centres and children in providing enriching and responsive learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Actively contribute to the education program in the room and the centre team
- Engage and supervise children at all times
- Maintain a safe environment for children, families, and team members
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
- Comply with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
- Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an ACECQA-approved early childhood qualification, be willing to travel between other local services, and have flexible availability between Monday-Friday, 6.30am-6.30pm.
