Job DescriptionWe are seeking a qualified and experienced Educator to join our team at Goodstart Brighton - North Road. The successful candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, and a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
As an Educator at Goodstart, you will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging learning environment for children, and working collaboratively with other Educators and the Educational Leader to develop and implement high-quality programs.
You will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of children and families, and contribute to the development of our centre's policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
