Job Title: Portfolio Delivery Coordinator
">- Ayan Infotech seeks a highly skilled Portfolio Coordinator for a long-term contract in Sydney. To be eligible, applicants must have full work rights in Australia.
- Provide coordination support across various customer platforms, assisting in project planning, tracking, and delivery to ensure timely completion.
- Track project status and update stakeholders on progress, risks, and variances to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Prepare comprehensive project reports, including key metrics, risks, budgets, and performance data to provide valuable insights.
- Coordinate organisational reporting on risk, financial data, and people metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders, enabling them to make data-driven decisions.
- Tertiary qualification in business administration or project management is essential for this role.
- Certification in Project Management with practical knowledge of project management tools and phases is also required.
- Previous experience in a large IT PMO and transformation projects is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Jira, MS Project, Confluence is necessary for success in this position.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines under pressure are crucial.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project evaluation skills are required to drive project success.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships with diverse stakeholders are essential.
