Project Director

We are seeking a Project Director to lead the end-to-end delivery of high-profile projects, ensuring time, cost, quality, and safety targets are met.

About the Role:

  • Drive project execution through effective programming, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
  • Promote procurement, contract administration, and financial reporting best practices.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to resolve design and buildability issues.
  • Oversight of HSEQ compliance and site presentation is crucial.

About You:

  • Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Building, or related field.
  • 5+ years in a senior project role, preferably with industrial, retail, or complex commercial builds.
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong business acumen and confident leadership style.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
