We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Funeral Director's Assistant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people's lives during their most vulnerable moments.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide support and care to families who have lost a loved one. This may involve assisting with funeral services, viewings, and transfers. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that every aspect of the service is carried out with dignity and respect.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Customer Service Ethos: You must possess a strong customer service ethos and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Professional Attitude: A professional attitude with an empathetic and compassionate approach towards people is essential.
- Collaborative Team Player: You must be able to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and high attention to detail are required.
- Driver's License: A full unrestricted driver's license and access to your own vehicle are necessary for this role.
