About Your New Role At Open Minds, we're looking for dedicated Support Workers to provide high-quality care to clients with complex needs on-site in Wynnum.

For this permanent part-time opportunity, you'll work alongside a compassionate team, supporting clients in their homes, Supported Independent Living and the community, where every shift brings a new opportunity – whether you're assisting with daily tasks, supporting mental health challenges, or simply being a trusted companion.
