We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Health and Safety Consultant to join our team at Employsure. As a Health and Safety Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients maintain a safe and compliant workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities- Work directly with business owners to understand their company and determine their unique Health & Safety needs.
- Create tailored documentation, including policies, procedures, handbooks, safe work method statements, and action plans.
- Visit clients at their workplaces to provide on-site support and guidance.
- At least 2-3 years of industry experience in Workplace Health & Safety.
- Consultancy experience is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
- Relevant health & safety qualifications (Cert IV).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to frequently travel across Sydney metro and regional New South Wales (including overnight travel).
- A current Australian driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
- Ongoing learning and development opportunities to ensure you stay at the forefront of WHS practices.
