Workplace Health and Safety Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Wellbeing Manager to join our team at Rest. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a critical role in supporting the physical and mental health and wellbeing of our people.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement initiatives and programs to promote physical and mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.
- Maintain compliance with relevant health and safety legislation and regulations.
- Collaborate with leaders and employees to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Manage the health and wellbeing management framework, including implementing procedures and programs to support Rest's strategic objectives.
- Provide advice and guidance on health and wellbeing matters and the interpretation of related policies and procedures.
- Consult and communicate with all levels of employees to promote a health and wellbeing culture.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of health and wellbeing initiatives and programs.
- Develop and maintain reports on health and wellbeing activities for senior management.
- Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety is essential.
- Return to Work certification is desirable.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Health and Wellbeing Manager who is passionate about promoting physical and mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. You will have a strong understanding of workplace health and safety legislation and regulations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
