Job Title: Procurement Director
The Procurement Director will lead the development and implementation of strategic procurement plans to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and services. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, managing procurement processes, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans that align with business objectives
- Manage procurement processes, including tendering, contracting, and purchasing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality products and services
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to procurement
- Monitor and report on procurement metrics and performance indicators
Requirements:
">- Proven experience in procurement leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
- Highly organized and efficient, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results
