Job Opportunity

The Guest Services Attendant is a key role within our team, responsible for promoting positive customer relationships and assisting with all queries relating to car park operations.

This role requires a dedicated and reliable individual who can deliver exceptional customer service and ensure smooth car park operations each day. The ideal candidate will have exposure to a hospitality environment, experience in a customer service role, and strong verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to cash handling procedures and record transactions accurately in the MICROS system
  • Maintain daily reconciliation and accounting records, retail sales trends and reports, and provide performance reports as required
  • Complete carpark validation functions, program vouchers and validate access cards
