Operational Car Park Lead

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience from arrival to departure at our car park in Sydney.
This is a high-profile customer-facing role requiring exceptional communication skills and leadership expertise, overseeing a team of car park attendants and cashiers, handling customer feedback and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring efficient operations of the car park by leveraging excellent communication skills and customer service experience.
- Building rapport quickly with team members and earning their respect.
- Leading a team effectively and motivating others to achieve outstanding results.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient verbal/written communication skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to operate manual and automatic vehicles.
- Ability to problem-solve and multitask efficiently.
Work Environment:
This role is situated close to Sydney Airport and includes parking facilities onsite for the successful applicant. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm, offering a great work-life balance.
