About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion to play a pivotal role in driving our DEI initiatives across Technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within our division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive programs to increase diverse representation at all levels
  • Collaborate with business units, internal stakeholders, and external partners to support program participants
  • Uphold the brand reputation of the Westpac Group, Technology Division, and CIO Group Business Units
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of diversity programs and initiatives
  • Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for diversity, equity, and inclusion outcomes

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • At least 3 years of experience in delivering DEI/HR programs
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • High business acumen
  • Proven experience achieving gender diverse targets and/or behavioural change initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Tertiary education completion

Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
