Job Title: Turf and Garden Manager
">We are seeking a highly skilled Turf and Garden Manager to oversee the management of our turf and garden facilities. This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a strong background in turf or horticultural management.
">The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts across Melbourne, ensuring ongoing improvement to client grounds and gardens, and preparing quotes for clients within agreed timeframes. They will also develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of contracts.
">A key aspect of this role is leading, guiding, and mentoring turf & horticultural staff, as well as ensuring all employees in their teams are inducted and receive ongoing on-the-job training. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards working safely are essential for success in this position.
">About You:
">To be considered for this role, you should have a Certificate III Sports Turf Management qualification and a valid driver's license (C Class Manual). Proven experience in a similar role and excellent organisational and project management skills are also necessary. Additionally, a strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards are required.
