Programmatic Advertising Operations Specialist

The Programmatic Ad Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role in the success of our advertising operations team.

  • Campaign Management
    • Responsible for setting up and driving the technical implementation of direct and programmatic campaigns.
    • Configures ad creatives and tracking tags for direct and programmatic campaigns.
    • Ensures high-quality campaign delivery through QA, monitoring, and optimization.
    • Serves as liaison between buyers and third-party vendors to activate and measure successful campaigns.
    • Collaborates with colleagues to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction.
    • Supports end-of-month billing processes.
    • Leverages GumGum data products and various tools to optimize campaign performance.
  • Technical Skills & Support
    • Acts as point of contact for clients and internal teams regarding technical campaign aspects.
    • Familiarity with DSP vendors, project management tools, and other relevant technologies.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Generates regular reports on campaign performance and presents insights to stakeholders.
    • Extracts meaningful trends from campaign data.
  • Escalation and Collaboration
    • Collaborates with sales and account management teams to develop media plans and strategies.
    • Works across departments to analyze insights data and deliver results.
    • Takes ownership of discrepancies and investigates campaign-related issues.
