Your New RoleAs a Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist, you'll identify and address critical physical, psychological, social, environmental, and organisational risk factors impacting injured workers' ability to return to work. You'll provide strategies to address these factors through assessments and interventions.
- Complete return-to-work case management for injured workers under the WorkCover scheme
- Provide holistic support to restore individuals' highest functional performance through assessments and vocational counselling
- Collaborate with employers, medical professionals, and allied health experts to deliver effective solutions
- ASORC full or associate membership as a Rehabilitation Counsellor
- Current driver's licence and access to own transport
- Ability to obtain a Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
