Job Description

We're seeking an experienced professional to lead our licensing agreement efforts.

  1. Manage strategic partnerships and technology collaborations across Crop Science portfolios.
  2. Develop commercial contracts and strategic licensing arrangements to meet crop science annual operating requirements.
  3. Evaluate and maintain relationships with third-party partners, ensuring transparency and effective governance.
  4. Oversight of seasonal obligations and Bayer requirements for third-party licensees.
  5. Translate regulatory and commercial needs into customer-centric materials promoting stewardship and compliance.
  6. Review marketing programs and update licensing agreements as necessary.
  7. Coordinate electronic agreement distribution to third parties for signing and return.
  8. Analyze seasonal audit results, address remediation needs, and define short- and long-term glyphosate portfolio strategies.
  9. Contribute to in-licensing products to support overall portfolio footprint.
Required Skills
  1. Product management or marketing experience.
  2. Extensive background in the agricultural seed & chemical market.
  3. Strong business acumen.
  4. Excellent contract negotiation skills.
  5. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with external industry groups.
  6. Experience working in remote and cross-cultural teams.
  7. Strong analytical and communication skills.
