About Youth Care Coordinator Role

Support young people aged 12-25 with mild to moderate mental health issues. Improve their health, social, vocational and educational outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with young people and their families/carers to assess needs and coordinate transition to appropriate support and treatment streams within and external to headspace in accordance with clinical need.

  • Passion for working with young people
  • Qualifications in relevant field or experience in similar role
  • Experience delivering individual and group interventions
Requirements:

We seek someone passionate about supporting young people. You should have experience working with this age group and possess relevant qualifications or experience in a similar field. Deliver individual and group interventions from a recovery-oriented framework.

We welcome applications from people with lived experience of mental health, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, people from the LGBTQI community, young people from multicultural communities and people with a disability.
