Security Officer Position

Trident Services Australia is seeking energetic and safety-focused security officers to join our team at South Bank.

Job Summary:

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a current security license eager to advance their careers in a customer-focused role.

We are offering both Part-Time and casual positions that focus on creating a safe environment for clients and customers across various sites.

  • Provide exceptional customer service experience
  • Identify, report, and record risks during shifts
  • Assist customers with inquiries and concerns
  • Utilize strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Undertake conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques
  • Understand workplace protocols, including emergency procedures
  • Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols as well as CCTV monitoring

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of CCTV monitoring experience
  • Current Queensland Security License
  • Current Crowd Control License
  • Current Monitoring License
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
  • Current Driver's License
  • Flexibility to work within a rotating 24/7 roster
  • High personal integrity and grooming standards
  • Ability to work at events
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Incident management and reporting skills
  • Customer service experience
