Job Title: Marketing Content Specialist Sydney, AustraliaAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Content Specialist to join our team at Minor Hotels. As a key member of our marketing team, this role will be crucial in developing high-quality, compelling content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, encompassing the annual marketing campaign calendar, social media storytelling, website development, brand initiatives, and property-specific requests.
  2. Produce high-quality, engaging content across various formats, including imagery, photography, campaign design, social media, video content, and infographics.
  3. Identify target audiences and customise content strategies to effectively address their needs and preferences.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of content initiatives with broader marketing campaigns and projects.
  5. Manage the content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of content that supports marketing and business objectives.
  6. Establish workflows and processes for content creation, review, and approval to ensure timely delivery.
  7. Ensure all content maintains consistency in style, quality, and tone of voice while being optimised for SEO and user experience.
  8. Coordinate and manage on-property shoots to capture relevant content.
