We provide services at home and in the community and operate across four states as well as nationally via telehealth.

Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Team Leader to join our LiveBig Sydney team.

  • Full-time & Permanent
  • Can be based anywhere in Sydney (hybrid role)
  • Provide clinical guidance and support to a small team of dedicated and passionate provisional and general psychologists, including supervision and mentoring, reviewing reports and letters of recommendation and support with professional development
  • You will also have your own diverse clinical caseload working within the community to provide high quality clinical support
  • You will have full flexibility to be based from home to complete reporting and administration in support of your caseload

About you

  • You will have general AHPRA registration as a Psychologist
  • A passion for working with people with a disability and NDIS and/or disability sector experience
  • Ideally experience working in a community services setting
  • A willingness to provide services within the community, including in-home
  • A love for growing and developing young clinicians and leaders & truly inspiring them to be great
  • Excellent time management skills and organisational skills
  • IT skills at an intermediate level including computer and mobile, and a willingness to embrace new technology
  • Fun & energetic We are a vibrant & diverse team who really enjoys working together
  • Hold/eligibility for an Australian driver's licence, WWCC and satisfactory police check
