Occupational Therapist Role

As a skilled Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients. You will be working autonomously on your own caseload within the NDIS and Homecare Packages, delivering services to our clients in the community with the support of clinical leads and team leaders.

You will work as part of a wider team of Occupational Therapists, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve client outcomes. Our culture is built around positive engagement and continuous improvement, providing a supportive and collaborative environment for our clinicians.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct home-based occupational therapy assessments and interventions for clients through home care packages/NDIS
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy programs to enhance clients' daily routines, independence, and overall well-being
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support for clients and refer to appropriate services as needed
  • Monitor and review therapy programs to track progress and achieve desired outcomes
  • Manage records and provide patient reports, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Registration with AHPRA
  • Police Check Clearance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills and attention to detail
