Key Role

The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Paid Social and be proficient in working across integrated digital marketing campaigns.

  • You will work with senior colleagues to evaluate new technologies, formats, data sources, media and technology vendors on a global scale
  • Act as the lead for the social team and contribute to the agency's vision
  • Lead and manage a portfolio of Paid Social clients across Australia and the APAC region, in conjunction with a team of direct reports
  • Be an expert across paid social and identify commercial opportunities
  • Ensure effective campaign planning and budget allocation
  • Contribute to measurable success in growing the agency's revenue and profitability from social media
  • Support the business development team with pitches and client proposals
Core Responsibilities
  • Develop and support the roll-out of associated methodologies and techniques across international offices
  • Create best practices for using social media in single-service or integrated digital marketing campaigns
