About the Role

Our client, a leading residential builder, is seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Head of Customer Service. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing a small team of customer service representatives, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage customer relations and communications, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including developers and local councils
  • Oversee the completion of pre-planning inspection forms, building permits, and submission
  • Manage approval application queries and negotiate with relevant authorities
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring up-to-date information on customer applications and progress

About You

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in customer service, leadership, and residential construction. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role, with a track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Highly computer literate, with experience using software applications relevant to the role
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Remuneration and Benefits
