Customer Service Specialist - Premium Products

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team, providing exceptional support for premium products and services.

Your primary responsibility will be to deliver a seamless customer experience across multiple communication channels, ensuring prompt and empathetic responses to enquiries.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate service delivery, including Manufacturing, Despatch, and Design.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-to-end support for premium products and services, including replacement covers, cushion inserts, and refurbishments.
  • Respond promptly and empathetically to customer enquiries across phone, email, and digital platforms.
  • Use Salesforce Customer 360 and AI-enabled tools to generate accurate quotes and manage order workflows.
  • Proactively follow up with customers, maintaining seamless communication through to service completion.
  • Meet sales contribution targets by identifying upsell opportunities and converting service requests into revenue.
  • Evaluate and escalate complex issues as required.
  • Maintain accurate system records and ensure customer expectations are consistently met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize service delivery and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales roles, ideally supporting premium products or services.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Natural ability to match customer needs with service offerings.
  • Commercial awareness and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Proficient in using CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and quoting/order management tools.
