Salesforce Infrastructure Specialist

As a Salesforce Environment Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing Salesforce environments to ensure seamless operations and project success.
About the Role- Provide technical leadership and strategic planning for the team responsible for Salesforce environments.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive plans for Salesforce environment management.
- Execute complex administration tasks to support releases, continuous integration and deployment, and new projects.
- Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with stakeholders for resolution.
- Ensure that documentation, standards, and support processes are continually reviewed and improved.
- Mentor team members and assign work activities to support team objectives.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator with at least four years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proven ability to engage stakeholders and coordinate across cross-functional teams.
- Expertise in Salesforce security and sharing, including roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules.
- Hands-on experience managing CI/CD processes using tools like GitLab.
- Experience in leading design and governance of Salesforce environment strategies.
- Familiarity with ITIL Foundation Certification, Agile methodologies, and team leadership is highly desirable.
