Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer (Junior–Mid Level) – South Bank, QLD

Are you ready to take your Salesforce Marketing Cloud career to the next level? Flight Centre Travel Group has built one of the most fully loaded Salesforce Marketing Cloud platforms in Australia, and we're looking for a junior to mid-level Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our fast-growing team.

You'll get hands-on experience across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketing Cloud Personalisation (Interaction Studio), Data Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, and CRM integrations — powering campaigns across multiple brands, websites, apps, and channels. You'll be mentored by some of the most experienced Salesforce professionals in the country, in an environment at the cutting edge of MarTech.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimise solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Cloud Pages)
• Support and maintain data integrity, permissions, and governance
• Contribute to documentation and process improvements
• Design and execute automated, multi-channel campaigns
• Work with SQL, AMPscript, and APIs to build personalisation and segmentation
• Gain hands-on experience in Marketing Cloud Personalisation (Interaction Studio) and Loyalty Cloud
• Learn how to connect Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, and external platforms
• Support data configuration and segmentation for a unified Customer 360
• Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features
• Be mentored and trained on best practices, coding, and solution design
• Contribute to a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing

What You'll Need / Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or strong MarTech automation experience with exposure to SFMC)
• Comfortable with SQL, AMPscript, and APIs (or eager to upskill quickly)
• Exposure to Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Cloud Pages
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer certification (desirable, not essential if you're keen to earn it with us)
• Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment
