The Role

Reporting to the Head of Digital Transformation and based in Darra, the Senior Salesforce Administratorwill support the ongoing development, integration, and administration of the VAE Group's Salesforce platform across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service and Experience Cloud. The role will assist the Salesforce Platform Manager in the delivery, enhancement, and maintenance of the platform and integrations with other business systems to drive operational efficiency and a seamless user experience. Some of the key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Play a key role in ongoing Salesforce-related projects and enhancement
• Manage and enhance system configurations, workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations
• Support end users and ensuring optimal system performance and usability
• Work closely with stakeholders and analysts to gather requirements and implement tailored solutions
• Corporate risk, incident, and near miss tracking
• Manage day-to-day administration tasks including user setup, permission sets, profiles, and data management

What makes you stand out

We are looking for a candidate who will demonstrate their similar Salesforce administration experience, an understanding of the challenges of working in a dynamic and fast-growing business, and the following attributes:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (ideally 4 + years)
• Strong experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and Experience Clouds
• Demonstrated experience working with AgentForce, PDF Butler, and API integrations
• Experience integrating Salesforce via MuleSoft or similar middleware into external systems (e.g. ERP, construction software, MS365)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively
• Knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Flow Builder, Lightning App Builder, and custom metadata types
• Experience with other platforms or coding environments highly regarded
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications preferred
