About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery and Operations Tech Lead to join our team. As a key member of our cloud operations team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of engineers who deliver and operate private cloud solutions for our most security-conscious customers.

You'll maintain the operational tempo, balancing tactical and strategic work across infrastructure, integration, delivery, operations, and support functions. You'll play a key role in shaping the strategy for the area and building a sustainable and high-performing engineering team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the deployment and configuration of air-gapped cloud solutions
  • Deliver, run, and maintain the cloud, including supporting networking and cross-domain solutions technologies
  • Ensure the operations centre IT and observability platforms support the needs of the operations team
  • Manage engineering teams to design, deploy, and manage solutions
  • Troubleshoot and coordinate with engineering regarding infrastructure issues and escalate to product teams as needed
