Evaluation Lead

About the Role:
The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) is seeking a highly skilled Evaluation Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Evaluation, Quality & Research Team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our Education & Training Monitoring & Evaluation Framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the evaluation development and implementation for the Australian General Practice Training (AGPT) Program
- Assist the EQR leadership team with the review and implementation of the RACGP Education & Training Monitoring & Evaluation Framework
- Take a lead role in supporting the evaluation requirements of the AGPT training and education programs
- Coordinate the AGPT evaluation activities and outputs of national and regional AGPT evaluation staff
- Supervise SEO and EO staff, including goal setting and performance management
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing expertise and advice on evaluation strategy and development for projects and programs across different functional areas of the College
- Create, review and update evaluation instruments and metrics
- Support periodic review of monitoring and evaluation plans to ensure suitability for guiding evidence-based review and improvements across relevant aspects of GP education, training and assessment delivery
Requirements:
- Experience coordinating or managing projects, including project management and team supervision
- Demonstrated experience in using evaluation data to analyse and report on impacts, outcomes and programs
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
