Job Description

As a seasoned professional in customer engagement, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in our fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with passionate individuals who share your love for entertainment and sports.

The role involves supporting the design and delivery of campaign workflows for our A.I. driven decisioning program. This includes managing campaign processes from build to implementation, gathering requirements for campaign briefs, understanding journey flows, and managing turnaround times with internal and external teams.

You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure campaign use cases are designed, tested, and rolled out within our marketing automation platform according to best practice.

Monitoring campaign activity and deliverability and contributing to our test and learn strategy is also a key responsibility. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring consistency and optimization of creative assets across all channels, maintaining high-quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar CRM role (TV, Media industry highly desirable)
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platform Braze
  • Strong data-driven marketing skills, including experience handling data sets and campaign tracking
  • Sound understanding of databases and data-driven marketing, and competent in handling data sets
  • Strong communicator and team player, with the ability and confidence to present and influence stakeholders, collaborate effectively and to build strong relationships
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and consistency, and able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Love for Entertainment, Sport, Media landscape - we're big believers in knowing the product and knowing the customer
