Job Title: Quality Manager - Processes, Tools & Compliance

Description: Thales is seeking a Quality Manager to support performance improvement and risk control through effective process management and compliance activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive process effectiveness and tool use at the company level to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Develop, implement, and manage the Quality Compliance Framework, including facilitating the joint Quality and HSE Assurance Program.
  • Own key Quality processes, change management, internal audits, and corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering.
  • Structured Lean/Process Improvement qualifications.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System requirements.
