Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimum two years' experience in a leadership capacity within a Collision repair environment.
  • Trade qualification in Panel Beating or Spray Painting.

  • A focus on site safety, workflow, and productivity.
  • A commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to coach and develop team members.
