Supporting Mental Health and Employment
">This role will provide evidence-based assessment, formulation, and intervention for a wide range of mental health disorders and other systemic barriers preventing clients from entering employment or beginning study.
">As a key member of our team, you will support customers to address their non-vocational barriers and develop their skills and job readiness. The role may also involve delivery of training relevant to the field, and consultancy with other service providers.
">Key Responsibilities

- Deliver 1:1 counselling intervention with clients and problem solve complex presenting co-morbidities;">
- Develop and deliver group training and psychoeducation relevant to the field;">
- Work as an independent practitioner and as an effective team member across multiple sites and teams;">
- Employ a range of strategies to effectively resolve conflict;">
- Have a sound understanding of available mental health and other support services;">
- Hold a current driver's licence;">
- Have a minimum Bachelor Degree or higher qualification in Behavioural Sciences, Psychology, Social Work, or Mental Health Counselling; and">
- Social Workers must be registered with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).">
