About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Learning and Engagement Specialist to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This role is part of a team that works together to provide meaningful, engaging learning and development opportunities for employees. As a Learning and Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and delivering learning initiatives using a range of methodologies, including a 70, 20, 10 approach.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Learning and Engagement Specialist with a strong background in organizational development and training. You will have gained experience working in a similar role and will display a high level of commitment to providing great customer service. You will have high-level communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organization, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Practical knowledge of contemporary and progressive Learning and Organizational Development practices.
- Experience in designing and delivering learning and development initiatives using a range of methodologies.
- Relevant experience in a similar role.
- Relevant experience in supporting change management in a large-scale project environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a Learning and Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and delivering learning and development initiatives to support employee growth and development.
- Developing and implementing organizational development strategies to improve employee engagement and productivity.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify learning and development needs and develop solutions to address them.
- Providing coaching and mentoring to employees to support their career development.
