Here is a unique opportunity to join our team in a critical role that requires your expertise in property acquisitions. You will be responsible for finding and evaluating potential new sites to develop into McDonald's restaurants across Western Australia.

">Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify, assess and recommend potential sites for development into McDonald's restaurants in WA
  2. Conduct thorough research on each site, considering factors such as feasibility, suitability and potential for success
  3. Present detailed analysis and recommendations to stakeholders to inform financial decisions regarding property acquisition or leasing
  4. Manage the entire property acquisition process, including negotiations with vendors and landlords, internal approvals and finalization of legal documentation
  5. Work closely with the construction team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  6. Engage with key stakeholders to create alignment, keep projects on track and deliver on business objectives
  7. Provide real estate expertise and market analysis to advise the business on appropriate market prices, rents and cost considerations
  8. Collaborate with leadership to understand business priorities and focus on the right geographical areas and needs for real estate development

Requirements

  • Knowledgeable in property acquisitions with demonstrated experience in structuring deals
  • Strong understanding of legislative environmental standards and WHS practices
  • Able to see the big picture and be a strategic thinker
  • Self-motivated and proactive, able to drive self-development and identify opportunities
  • Organized, methodical and able to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and third parties
