Lead Test Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Test Manager to join our team in Canberra.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and allocate work to a small test team, monitoring performance and providing guidance
  • Complete status reports and updates for Program Manager and Project Manager
  • Lead a test team in following agile methodology
  • Engage with Enterprise Test Manager and IT test management capability team as required
  • Collaborate with development teams on product releases and developing testing requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience in day-to-day management, test planning and execution
  • Well-developed testing skills, including writing test cases and reviewing complex manual and automated tests
  • Ability to manage testing deadlines and report defects/issues
  • Experience in Agile Testing environment

Desirable Criteria:

  • Proven Test Lead experience
