Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Test Management Specialist to lead our testing initiatives across multiple projects.

This role requires a highly skilled and motivated individual to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of testing activities, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Testing Strategies:
    • Define test plans, processes, and methodologies aligned with project goals and timelines.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile practices to deliver software solutions that meet customer expectations.
    • Lead and mentor a team of testers working on multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Analyze gaps in current test automation coverage and implement strategies to enhance it.
  • Drive Testing Capability Uplift:
    • Evaluate current testing maturity and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop and execute plans to build sustainable testing capabilities, driving business growth through quality software delivery.
Essential Qualifications:
  1. 7+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM/.NET testing, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  2. Proven ability to design and implement testing strategies that align with project goals and timelines.
  3. Demonstrated success in driving testing capability uplift by assessing current maturity and implementing strategies to improve it.
